Nigel Brooke has over two decades of experience leading large-scale teams in warehousing, logistics, and distribution. He started on the shop floor and worked his way up to executive leadership — learning firsthand what it takes to build trust, inspire people, and create real influence at every level.
Over his career, Nigel saw a consistent trend: the leaders who perform best under pressure aren’t just technically strong — they’re consistent in how they think, communicate, and respond. They handle tough conversations, regulate emotion, and take ownership without needing to be chased.
Nigel has applied those same foundations beyond operations to build and manage a real estate investment portfolio, lead complex property projects with contractors and trades, and create a grounded, intentional home life with his wife and son.

Amy Brooke is the Leadership Communication & Development Partner with 20+ years of corporate leadership experience, including senior finance and operations roles at Walmart Canada (Fortune 500). As a CPA, she led teams in high-pressure environments—driving results while building clarity, alignment, and stronger execution through communication.
Throughout her career, Amy recognized that the people who advanced fastest weren’t only the most capable — they were the most self-aware. They could think clearly, communicate decisively, and move work forward without creating drama.
