Terminology "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and compliant with the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us" refers to Leadership in Life. "Party", "Parties", or "Us" refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to applicable law.
Use of Website
By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You must not use this site in any way that may damage the site or interfere with other users' access. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

Memberships, Group Programs, and Payments
Access to our coaching programs, community, and courses may require payment. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. By purchasing, you agree to the terms and cancellation policies outlined in this document and presented at checkout.
Cancellations and Refunds — Memberships
- Memberships may be cancelled at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected].
- Memberships are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Cancelling your membership will stop future charges, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- If you believe an error has been made in billing, please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.
Digital Products (PDF Guides and Downloadable Resources)
Leadership in Life Coaching offers digital products including PDF guides and downloadable resources. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to the following:
- Digital products are made available for immediate download upon purchase confirmation.
- All purchases are for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, resell, or reproduce digital products without prior written permission from Leadership in Life.
Refund Policy — Digital Products Due to the instant-access nature of our digital products, all sales are final once content has been accessed or downloaded. Refunds are not issued on the basis of personal preference or change of mind.
Short Online Courses
Leadership in Life Coaching offers short online courses for personal development and educational purposes. By enrolling in a course, you agree to the following:
- Course content is provided for personal use only.
- You may not share login credentials, distribute course materials, or reproduce content without prior written permission.
Refund Policy — Short Online Courses Due to the instant-access nature of our online courses, all sales are final once course content has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly. Refunds are not issued on the basis of personal preference or change of mind.
Coaching Services (1:1 and Group)
Leadership in Life Coaching offers one-to-one and group coaching, which may be delivered as individual sessions or as multi-week programs. Some coaching services require you to sign a client agreement before you begin. Where a client agreement applies, its terms take precedence over these Terms and Conditions wherever the two differ.
Nature of Coaching
Coaching is a professional conversation designed to support reflection, clarity, and practical action. It is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or medical, legal, or financial advice. Leadership in Life does not diagnose, treat, or manage any medical or psychological condition. Any decisions you make as a result of coaching are entirely your own responsibility.
Confidentiality
Everything discussed in your coaching is kept strictly confidential. We will not disclose session content to any third party except where required by law (for example, where there is a risk of serious harm to you or others). Information may be shared between Leadership in Life coaches only where needed to support your coaching. Sessions will not be recorded without your prior written agreement. In group coaching, participants are asked to keep what others share confidential; while we set this expectation, we cannot guarantee the conduct of other participants.
Payment
Fees and payment options are set out at the time of purchase or in your client agreement. Your place is confirmed once your initial payment is received. Where a payment plan applies, coaching may be paused if a scheduled payment is missed, and the remaining balance remains due.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
- Refund terms for each coaching service are set out at the time of purchase or in your client agreement. Unless your client agreement states otherwise, coaching fees are non-refundable once your coaching has begun.
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Limits on how many sessions can be rescheduled are set out in your client agreement.
- Missed sessions and sessions cancelled with less than the required notice are forfeited and non-refundable.
- If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Late arrival limits may also apply, as set out in your client agreement.
- Unused sessions do not carry over beyond the period set out in your client agreement.
- If Leadership in Life needs to cancel a session, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Results
Coaching outcomes vary by individual. Except where a specific guarantee is set out in writing in your client agreement, Leadership in Life makes no guarantee of specific personal, professional, or financial results.
Limitation of Liability
Leadership in Life Coaching provides leadership coaching, training, and resources for educational and personal development purposes. We do not guarantee specific results in your career, business, or personal life. This applies to all services and products offered by Leadership in Life, including 1:1 coaching sessions, digital products, and courses.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in those policies.
