Cancellations and Refunds — Memberships
- Memberships may be cancelled at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected].
- Memberships are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Cancelling your membership will stop future charges, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- If you believe an error has been made in billing, please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.
Digital Products (PDF Guides and Downloadable Resources)
Leadership in Life offers digital products including PDF guides and downloadable resources. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to the following:
- Digital products are made available for immediate download upon purchase confirmation.
- All purchases are for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, resell, or reproduce digital products without prior written permission from Leadership in Life.
Refund Policy — Digital Products Due to the instant-access nature of our digital products, all sales are final once content has been accessed or downloaded. Refunds are not issued on the basis of personal preference or change of mind.
Short Online Courses
Leadership in Life offers short online courses for personal development and educational purposes. By enrolling in a course, you agree to the following:

1:1 Coaching Sessions (The Clarity Session)
Leadership in Life offers individual coaching sessions as standalone paid services. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms.
Nature of Coaching Coaching is a professional conversation designed to support reflection, clarity, and practical action. It is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or medical, legal, or financial advice. Leadership in Life does not diagnose, treat, or manage any medical or psychological condition. Any decisions you make as a result of your coaching session are entirely your own responsibility.
Confidentiality Everything discussed in your session is kept strictly confidential. We will not disclose session content to any third party except where required by law (for example, where there is a risk of serious harm to you or others). Sessions will not be recorded without your prior written agreement.
Payment Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Your session is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session, no-shows, and missed sessions are non-refundable.
- You may reschedule your session once, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice before the original session time.
- If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. No refund or credit will be issued for time lost due to late arrival.
- In the rare event that Leadership in Life needs to cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Results Coaching outcomes vary by individual. Leadership in Life makes no guarantee of specific personal, professional, or financial results from any session.
Limitation of Liability
Leadership in Life provides leadership coaching, training, and resources for educational and personal development purposes. We do not guarantee specific results in your career, business, or personal life. This applies to all services and products offered by Leadership in Life, including 1:1 coaching sessions, digital products, and courses.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
