This is one honest hour. We'll dig into where you are right now versus where you want to be. How you're showing up, how you think you're being perceived, and what you believe is holding you back. We'll uncover the blind spots, and any doubts and fears that could be playing a role, and we'll talk through any deeper questions about where you actually want to go in work and life.

You'll leave with a clearer picture of what's really going on, an honest outside perspective, and specific shifts in thinking and action you can apply straight away.

I can't see you at work, but I can listen, ask the right questions, and reflect back what I hear clearly and honestly, which is often the one thing people are missing. I've navigated many versions of this myself, and I know how much a real, direct conversation can shift things.

Cancellations & rescheduling: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, and missed sessions are non-refundable. You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice. Late arrivals will not extend the session end time.
